Job Description

We are urgently looking a broadband sales telecaller to drive customer acquisition for our broadband/WiFi services. As a Sales Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining service plans, and converting leads into active connections.

Key Responsibilities

Make

outbound calls

to prospective customers for broadband/WiFi plans. Convert incoming

sales inquiries (inbound calls)

into confirmed connections. Explain service offerings, tariffs, and "All-in-One" WiFi plans clearly to customers. Generate interest,

fix appointments for field sales/installation teams

. Follow up with leads, quotations, and pending closures. Maintain a daily log of calls, leads, and sales in CRM/tracker. Work with Sales Manager to achieve

weekly/monthly sales targets

. Upsell/Upgrade existing customers to higher bandwidth or bundled plans.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
