to install, troubleshoot, and maintain high-speed internet connections and related network infrastructure at residential and commercial locations. The ideal candidate should have sound technical knowledge of broadband systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
Install and configure broadband internet connections at customer premises (FTTH, EPON/GPON, Wi-Fi routers, etc.)
Diagnose and resolve connectivity issues (signal loss, speed issues, device configuration errors)
Maintain and repair fiber/copper lines and associated networking equipment
Perform router/modem configuration and firmware updates
Manage and document daily service calls, installations, and maintenance logs
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing clear instructions and after-service support
Coordinate with the backend support team and NOC for escalations
Follow safety protocols while handling tools, equipment, and high-altitude installations
Additional Requirements:
Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
Willingness to work on-call or during weekends when required
