Job Description

The BRM (Business Relationship Manager) for CASA (Current Account Savings Account) in Faridabad will be responsible for managing and growing the CASA portfolio. This role requires a deep understanding of banking products, customer relationship management, and sales strategies. The BRM will focus on acquiring new customers, retaining existing ones, and achieving business targets. Key Responsibilities:


Develop and implement strategies to increase CASA deposits and market share in the Faridabad region. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their financial needs and providing appropriate solutions. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate tie-ups and partnerships. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies. Train and mentor a team of sales and service professionals. Monitor and evaluate the performance of the CASA portfolio, making necessary adjustments to achieve targets. Conduct regular customer meetings and provide excellent customer service. Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues effectively. * Prepare and present reports on CASA performance to management.
