We are looking for an experienced Branch Relationship Manager to drive CASA business growth through branch-based and open-market customer acquisition, service excellence, and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and acquire Savings Account and Current Account customers through branch walk-ins, referrals, and open market
Drive CASA sales targets and ensure consistent monthly achievement
Deepen customer relationships by cross-selling banking products such as FD, RD, digital banking, insurance, and other retail products
Maintain strong customer engagement and provide high-quality service and query resolution
Manage and track daily sales activities, lead conversions, and business reports
Build and maintain relationships with local market influencers and customer networks
Ensure compliance with internal policies and audit standards
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in CASA sales or retail banking
Strong understanding of branch banking processes and CASA products
Proven track record of business target achievement
Excellent communication, customer handling, and relationship management skills
Local market knowledge of Guntur preferred
Qualification:
* Minimum Graduation required
