You may learn and contribute in multiple areas - includng HR, Finance, Accounts, WordPress, Horticulture sp. Vertical Farming, SharePoint, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Product development , Science Promotion, Videography, Content development, Animation, Social Media Marketing, Promotion etc. You can choose 2-3 areas to engage in.

Responsibilities:

Should make a measurable productive contribution in one or two chosen areas named above. Promote/Manage knowledge workshops/events, and other rationality promoting events Should quickly transform into a full fledged officer. May be absorbed in regular service within three months, as Junior Management Officer, or as Deputy Manager.

You will

:
- confront unconventional challenges in creating content, graphics, product design
- handle extensive Greenery including Hydroponics, Aeropoincs, Aquaponics
- learn and practice power use of MS Ofice suite apps, and animation and video editing software, with elementary AI
- get to watch impacting documentaries, specially on science and rationality,
- participate in discussions, debates, podcasts, and videos through our Knowledge Events

Requirements:

Should possess impressive knowledge in any of several functional areas named above Sould be rapid learners, possess Multiple skills and interests and sufficient self respect to diligently deliver on employer's expectations Should write Grammatically correct English, and be proficient in MS Excel and power surfing. Ideally also having some exposure to AI. Should have rational outlook, left of centre political leanings, and be liberal and intellectually open to change Would have strong academic track record or exceptional achievements in extracurricular activities, specially intellectual ones. Possess good verbal and written communication skills. [English/Hindi/Gujarati/Urdu] Noticeable analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong organizational and time management skills Basic leadership skills, team player and team leader

Education:

Brilliant Graduates / PGs - or those who have just written the Final Year exam of graduation, with good track record and capable of taking up responsible work from day one. For PGs - and for those with experience - compensation will start at the upperrange - and can be negotiated.

INTERNSHIP: For Those Not Selected for Management Trainee Career Directly :

If you don't quite make it to the above career, but are keen to work with us we may assess you for an Immersive, 3-month internship. Free boarding, lodging, local transport, 24-hr internet, and basic recreation to full-time residential interns under SPRAT's immersive internship program may be offered, in lieu of cash stipend. Certificate of Experience will be issued Moreover guaranteed Jobs at Ahmedabad and Matar [in SPRAT's own campus 40Kms from Ahmedabad] will be offered to all successful Interns in the aforesaid areas of our work, on broadly the same terms as indicated for Career.
