Job Title : Growth Marketing Manager

Reporting To : Chief Operating Officer

Location : Ahmedabad (Head Office)

Roles and responsibilities:

- Responsible for P&L for the assigned categories across online and offline channels and ensuring achievement of targets in terms of topline and contribution margin. Manage product returns and inventory mix for assigned categories.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a comprehensive online and offline channel growth strategy for focused categories that aligns with the company\'s overall goals and objectives.

- Conduct market research to understand customer behavior, trends, and preferences to develop campaign strategies

- Develop Consumer x Category Understanding with thorough data analysis to map new-age consumer needs and translate it into the new product pipeline.

- Create, manage and experiment with new user acquisition campaigns to drive category education and engagement. Optimize campaigns based on performance data, A/B testing, and market trends to improve conversion rates and reduce customer acquisition costs.

- Create new product launch and growth plans across online and offline channels. Create a media plan for focus category growth across channels

Work with a cross functional team (R&G, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance) for category growth lever execution to support revenue goals. Coordinate operational planning to support forecasting for category growth.

- Collaborate with customer support teams to address customer feedback and issues, enhancing overall customer satisfaction.

- Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, user behavior, and KPIs; provide regular reports to key stakeholders.

Identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement based on data insights, and recommend actionable strategies.

Skills Required:

- Prior experience of 2-4 years in D2C marketing, with a strong track record of driving growth and revenue.

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and data analysis.

- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and other relevant digital marketing channels.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Graduation + MBA from tier 1 institutes.

- Analytical Skills: should be able to analyze the overall business performance and craft meaningful sales/marketing innovations

- Strategic Skills: Excellent negotiation and selling skills Strong presentation skills, and ability to present and sell to both large and small audiences

- Technical Skills: MS Excel,

- Enthusiasm to learn new skills and effectively counter all probable hurdles/barriers and ensure appreciable performance in all KRA.
