Key Responsibilities for the Sales Role



Lead Generation



Visit wedding planners, event managers, photographers, and makeup artists for referrals. Build partnerships with bridal stores, salons, and local influencers. Scout local exhibitions and wedding expos.

Client Relationship Management



Meet prospective brides/grooms and families for requirement gathering. Maintain a database of upcoming weddings and follow up proactively. Coordinate between design team and client for custom orders.

Sales & Conversion



Conduct showroom visits or at-home consultations. Upsell fabric, accessories, and family wedding wear. Close deals and take advance payments.

Market Intelligence



Research competitors, trends, and pricing. Suggest improvements in design offerings based on client feedback.

Ideal Candidate Profile



Experience:

1-3 years in fashion retail, bridal sales, or luxury apparel.

Location:

Trivandrum (local language proficiency preferred).

Traits:

Persuasive, well-groomed, customer-friendly, goal-oriented.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
