Job Description

Key Responsibilities : - Welcome the host and customers in the bridal lounge, ensuring a warm and premium customer experience. - Conduct personalized bridal jewellery consultations, analyze clients' tastes, traditions, and budget. - Present and explain bridal collections including engagement rings, wedding sets, traditional bridal jewellery, and designs. - Provide expert advice on matching jewellery with bridal attire and occasions. - Coordinate appointments, manage lounge schedules, and prepare product selections in advance. - Support clients with customization, bespoke orders, and special requests in collaboration with the design team. - Build and maintain long-term client relationships by offering after-sales service and ongoing support. - Achieve sales targets through effective product recommendations and upselling such as gifting options and trousseau jewellery. - Maintain an elegant, organized, and inviting bridal lounge ambience. - Keep records of client preferences, purchases, and upcoming wedding dates for personalized follow-ups. - Stay updated with bridal fashion, jewellery trends, and cultural traditions to advise clients effectively.
