This role is target-driven and requires strong networking, negotiation, and execution skills without direct team management responsibilities. - Develop and execute offline sales strategies to achieve business targets and market penetration. - Identify and onboard new customers through field visits, events, and partnerships. - Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners. - Conduct regular market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. - Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through offline initiatives. - Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to support offline campaigns and ensure smooth execution. - Implement sales processes, reporting mechanisms, and performance tracking. - Ensure adherence to compliance, pricing policies, and company guidelines.
