to support hybrid seed development and zonal field operations. The role involves managing field assistants, ensuring seed purity, collecting field data, and coordinating with breeders to drive successful hybrid projects.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate zone-wise supply of hybrid seeds Observe field trials, collect data, and report findings to the breeder Support development of new hybrid lines Ensure seed purity during production Manage and guide field assistants Maintain accurate seed stock documentation Implement cost-effective practices in hybrid production Enforce safety protocols during trials and field visits Promote safety compliance among field staff and laborers

Skills & Qualifications

Time management and observation skills Strong communication and reporting abilities Active listening and people handling Teamwork and leadership Proficiency in MS Office Hardworking and safety-conscious attitude
