Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled
Breakfast Chef
who is experienced in preparing a wide range of South Indian and North Indian breakfast items. The ideal candidate must have strong cooking knowledge, excellent taste quality, and the ability to maintain consistency during peak hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare a variety of breakfast dishes including:
Dosa varieties
(Masala, Ghee, Onion, Set dosa, etc.)
Porotta
(soft and layered)
Idli
(soft, fluffy)
Appam
Chapathi
Batoora / Bhatura
Poori
Idiyappam
Ensure excellent taste, hygiene, and consistency in all dishes.
Prepare
tea and coffee
with good flavour and balance.
Manage breakfast counter operations efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety guidelines.
Assist in inventory management of breakfast ingredients.
Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
Requirements:
Minimum
5 years of experience
as a Breakfast Chef in hotels/restaurants.
OR
Hotel Management qualification
.
Expertise in South Indian & North Indian breakfast preparation.
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen hygiene.
Ability to work early morning shifts.
Teamwork, time management, and communication skills.
Salary & Benefits:
?25,000 - ?30,000
per month (based on experience and skill).
