Experience

1-5 years (Freshers with ITI/Diploma may also apply)

Qualification

ITI / Diploma in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering Valid Driving License (LMV/HTV preferred)
Job Responsibilities

Attend on-road breakdown calls for Tata commercial vehicles Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and engine-related issues Perform on-site repairs and temporary fixes to restore vehicle operation Coordinate with workshop team if major repair is required Use diagnostic tools and follow Tata Motors service standards Maintain job cards, service reports, and breakdown records Ensure quick turnaround time and customer satisfaction Follow safety procedures during roadside assistance
Skills & Requirements

Strong knowledge of Tata commercial vehicles (LCV / ICV / HCV) Good understanding of engines, clutch, gearbox, brakes, and electrical systems Ability to work under pressure and in field conditions Basic communication skills (local language + Hindi/English preferred) Willingness to work in shifts and attend emergency calls
