J.D.:

Act as the point person for all vehicle breakdowns, coordinating between drivers, mechanics, and potentially other relevant parties. Supervise and manage the repair process, ensuring timely and efficient repairs are carried out. Maintain detailed records of all breakdowns, repairs, and associated costs. Assess vehicle damage to determine the extent of repairs needed and ensure accurate documentation. Enforce safety regulations and ensure all repairs and operations are conducted in accordance with safety standards. Manage resources (parts, tools, manpower) effectively to minimize downtime and ensure timely repairs. Supervise a team of mechanics and drivers, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to procedures. Troubleshoot complex mechanical issues and implement effective solutions. Implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize future breakdowns.
