Campaign Ideation & Development:- Conceptualize and lead integrated campaigns (BTL, digital, influencer, social, content, experiential, etc).- Co-create pitches with business leaders, develop end-to-end campaign flow, deliverables and storytelling decks.Brand & Content IP Creation :- Design content-led IPs for bo- th DirectX (activation-led) and YConnect (youth content-led).- Constantly mine cultural, digital and GenZ insights to build contextual, binge-worthy campaigns.- Strategic Planning & Storytelling (online and on-ground):- Write compelling creative strategies and rationales that sell big ideas.- Translate business goals into audience-driven campaign concepts.Campaign Execution Oversight:- Partner with operations, production, media and creative teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.- Act as creative guardian of the idea throughout the project/campaign lifecycle.Trendspotting & Culture Mining:- Stay ahead of pop culture, memes, youth trends, tech and tools.- Keep tabs on what's breaking the internet and what's breaking down consumer attention spans.Business Impact & Reporting:- Work with internal teams to build post-campaign reports, case studies and PR-worthy stories.- Drive and guide performance metrics like engagement, reach, conversions and virality.
