Key Responsibilities



Lead Brand Strategy:

Develop and execute a comprehensive content and social media strategy that aligns with our brand values and business goals.

Storytelling & Market Presence:

Craft compelling brand stories that resonate with our target audience and strengthen our position as a market leader in premium dining.

Content Creation:

Produce and edit engaging short-form content using a smartphone--highlighting food, ambiance, behind-the-scenes moments, and guest experiences.

Social Media Management:

Oversee daily management of all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.), including posting schedules, community engagement, and performance analytics.

Collaboration:

Work cross-functionally with creative, operations, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive campaigns and messaging across all touchpoints.

Trend Monitoring:

Stay ahead of social and food trends to ensure content is timely, relevant, and innovative.

Reporting:

Track, analyze, and report on content performance; provide insights and optimizations based on data.
