Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and strategic

Branding Specialist with minimum of 4 years of experience

to develop, implement, and manage branding initiatives for our product-based company. The role involves creating a strong brand identity, building customer trust, and ensuring consistent communication across all marketing channels. The ideal candidate will have experience in brand strategy, visual identity, storytelling, and product positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement branding strategies that align with the company's vision and product portfolio. Create, maintain, and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms. Work closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to enhance brand positioning in the market. Conduct market research to analyze competitors, consumer behavior, and branding trends. Oversee packaging design, product naming, and promotional campaigns to reflect the brand identity. Manage online and offline brand presence, including digital marketing, social media, and events. Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging brand content (visuals, storytelling, campaigns). Monitor brand performance through KPIs, surveys, and feedback, and suggest improvements. Ensure customer experience aligns with brand values at every touchpoint. Build partnerships and influencer collaborations to strengthen brand visibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Branding, Communication, or related field. Proven experience (4 years) as a Branding Specialist, Brand Manager, or similar role in a product-based company. Strong understanding of branding principles, consumer psychology, and digital marketing. Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma - preferred). Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills. Strong analytical and research abilities to evaluate brand performance. Ability to think creatively and strategically with attention to detail.
