Experience: more then 4-5 years
DigiRivera is expanding into premium branding projects (?70k-?2L/month) and is looking for a Branding Partner who can lead brand strategy, creative direction, and end-to-end project execution like a founder.
Key Responsibilities
Build brand strategy, messaging & creative concepts
Lead designers, editors, and shoot teams
Handle premium client meetings & pitches
Manage full project delivery and ensure quality
Ideal Candidate
Strong in branding, storytelling & creative direction
Confident communicator with founder-like mindset
Can independently handle strategy, execution & clients
Understanding of shoots, visuals, and design workflows
Partnership & Earnings
Fixed salary for first 6 months
Profit share on branding projects 20%-50% based on involvement
No parallel agency/freelancing allowed
