About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic

Brand Strategist / Marketing & Sales Professional

to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in

building brand presence, driving sales growth, and developing marketing strategies

to strengthen our company's position in the healthcare & wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute

brand strategies

to increase awareness, engagement, and market presence. Plan and manage

marketing campaigns

(digital & offline) to promote healthcare & wellness services/products. Conduct

market research

to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies. Build and maintain

strong client relationships

to achieve sales targets. Collaborate with internal teams for

content, creatives, and promotional materials

. Manage

social media, digital marketing, and event marketing activities

. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, preparing regular reports and insights. Explore and implement new

sales channels and partnerships

.
Requirements

Proven experience (2-4 years) in

brand strategy, marketing, or sales

. Strong knowledge of

digital marketing, branding, and business development

. Excellent

communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

. Ability to work independently and achieve targets. Preference to candidates with

healthcare, wellness, or lifestyle industry

experience.
