Ensure branding standards and guidelines are followed across all markets.*
2. Team & Vendor Management
Supervise Branding Executives and MIS Executive.
Allocate work, monitor performance, and ensure timely task completion.
Manage area-wise vendors, quotations, work orders, and execution timelines.
3. Planning & Coordination
Coordinate with HO branding team for campaign rollouts, guidelines, and approvals.
Plan region-wise branding activities and prioritize execution based on business needs.
Ensure smooth coordination between BSMs, vendors, and internal teams.
4. Monitoring & Reporting
Review execution reports, audit findings, and MIS submissions.
Conduct market visits for quality checks and execution validation.
Escalate risks, delays, and manpower gaps to the Branding Manager proactively.
5. Audit & Compliance
Ensure closure of audit observations within timelines.
Maintain proper documentation, approvals, and records.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong leadership and coordination skills
Good understanding of retail branding & VM execution
Vendor management and negotiation capability
Problem-solving and multitasking ability
Proficiency in MS Excel, PPT, and reporting tools
Preferred Experience
Experience in mobile handset or consumer electronics industry preferred
Prior exposure to multi-state or difficult-terrain markets (Northeast preferred)
