Role Summary
We are looking for a creative and strategic
Branding & Marketing Manager
to lead and grow Artjuna's marketing efforts across all existing and upcoming outlets. The ideal candidate will drive brand visibility, engagement, and sales through integrated campaigns, digital marketing, event promotions, and customer experience strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Positioning:
Develop and execute a consistent brand identity across all platforms--digital, print, in-store, and franchise communication.
Campaign Planning & Execution:
Lead seasonal and promotional campaigns to increase footfall and revenue across all Artjuna locations.
Digital Marketing & Social Media:
Oversee content creation, social media calendars, influencer tie-ups, SEO, and ad performance (Meta, Google, etc.).Collaborate with the events team to market workshops, community events, and special experiences hosted at Artjuna and Mojigao.Build meaningful collaborations with lifestyle brands, travel platforms, media, and local creators.Assist in local marketing rollouts for franchise locations, ensuring alignment with the brand ethos.Use customer data, reviews, and market insights to fine-tune messaging and improve campaign ROI.Handle marketing vendors, creatives, printers, and media buyers. Manage marketing budgets effectively.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
2+ years as a Manager experience with good people management skills.
5-7 years of experience in marketing, in hospitality, F&B, or Restaurant.
Strong understanding of Goa's local and tourist demographics
Proven experience with social media management, brand storytelling, and campaign execution specially in Restaurant Industry
Proficient with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Canva, Google Ads & Analytics
Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
