The Head of Branding & Marketing will lead the complete branding, communication, and marketing strategy for Park Corporates and its verticals--Park Infotech, Park Global HR, Park Travel, Park Intelli Solutions, and all future brands.
This leader will build Park Corporates into a strong parent brand, unify brand identity across all companies, and drive marketing growth, digital presence, and customer engagement at a group level.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Architecture
Develop and maintain the brand identity, positioning, and guidelines for Park Corporates.
Establish a unified brand architecture across all sub-brands.
Oversee redesign and alignment of all websites with one consistent theme.
Create and execute brand messaging, tone, taglines, and communication templates.
2. Corporate Marketing Leadership
Build and lead the central marketing team for Park Corporates.
Plan and execute group-wide marketing campaigns.
Develop marketing SOPs, workflows, and brand usage standards.
Lead creative direction for all visuals, videos, and digital content.
3. Digital Marketing & Social Media
Own the digital presence for Park Corporates and all sub-brands.
Develop 90-day and annual content marketing plans.
Manage:
SEO
Social media
Google ads
LinkedIn campaigns
Meta and Instagram ads
Email marketing
Online reputation management
4. Cross-Brand Collaboration
Work with leaders of:
Park Infotech
Park Travel
Park Global HR
Park Intelli Solutions
Understand each business unit's goals and craft marketing strategies that drive lead generation and sales for each vertical.
5. Corporate Communications
Build Park Corporates as a trusted, premium parent brand.
Manage internal and external communications.
Develop corporate presentations, brochures, and brand videos.
Oversee PR, press releases, media relationships, and events.
6. Lead Generation & Growth
Build performance marketing funnels.
Optimize marketing spend and ROI.
Set KPIs and track campaign effectiveness.
Initiate and manage partnerships, influencers, associations, and corporate tie-ups.
7. Leadership & Team Development
Hire and manage a team of designers, digital marketers, content writers, and brand executives.
Lead vendor relationships with agencies, photographers, and video production companies.
Mentor teams to build a high-performance marketing department.
Educational Qualifications and Experience
Mandatory
7-15 years of experience in branding, marketing, or corporate communication.
Proven experience leading brand-building initiatives.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, SEO, ads, and analytics.
Preferred
Experience in multiple sectors (IT, HR, Travel, SaaS) is a big plus.
Experience working in corporate groups or multi-vertical companies.
Strong creative thinking and storytelling ability.
Ability to manage multiple brands under one umbrella.
Education
MBA in Marketing / Branding / Digital Marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
Certifications in digital marketing, branding, or communication is a bonus.
