Job Summary:



We are seeking an experienced and creative

Branding Manager

to lead the strategic development and execution of our brand and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a strong brand identity, increasing market awareness, and driving customer engagement through integrated marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:Brand Strategy & Management



Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with company goals. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and materials. Conduct brand audits and competitor analysis to refine positioning. Manage visual and verbal brand identity (logos, tone, guidelines, etc.).

Marketing Campaigns



Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, social, and events). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches and promotions. Track and report performance metrics for all campaigns (ROI, reach, engagement, etc.).

Digital Marketing



Oversee content marketing strategy including blogs, videos, newsletters, and social media. Manage SEO/SEM, email marketing, and online advertising initiatives. Leverage analytics to optimize digital performance and customer journey.

Public Relations & Events



Build relationships with media, influencers, and partners to enhance brand visibility. Plan and execute events, exhibitions, webinars, and sponsorships to boost brand engagement.

Team Leadership & Collaboration



Lead and mentor a team of marketing and creative professionals. Work closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to align branding efforts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Proven experience in brand management and marketing leadership roles. Strong understanding of current marketing trends and digital tools. Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills. Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc. Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work under pressure. Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.

Preferred:



MBA in Marketing or a related field. Experience in B2B/B2C branding and digital marketing. Knowledge of performance marketing metrics and CRM tools.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
