Job Description

Job Purpose



The Manager - Branding is responsible for building, strengthening, and managing the brand identity of Rawalwasia Group across all business verticals through strategic branding initiatives, social media management, and visual communication. The role focuses on brand positioning, content creation, graphic designing, digital presence, and performance-driven campaigns while leveraging AI tools to enhance branding efficiency, creativity, and reach.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and execute integrated branding and social media strategies aligned with business objectives across all group companies. Own end-to-end brand execution including content planning, graphic designing, campaign management, and social media operations. Create, schedule, and manage content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant channels. Design visually compelling creatives for social media, festive campaigns, corporate communication, employer branding, and promotions. Ensure consistent brand identity, tone, and visual standards across all digital and offline branding touchpoints. Leverage AI tools for content ideation, design enhancement, caption writing, hashtag strategy, and workflow automation. Monitor and analyse social media performance metrics including reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversions. Prepare periodic branding and social media performance reports with actionable insights for management review. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to execute branding campaigns and creative initiatives. Track market trends, platform updates, and competitor branding activities to strengthen brand positioning. Ensure strict brand governance while maintaining clear differentiation between business verticals and avoiding cross-branding.

Role Requirements



Knowledge



Strong understanding of branding principles, digital marketing, and social media management. Knowledge of graphic design standards, brand identity systems, and visual storytelling. Understanding of SEO, SMO, and social media algorithms. Familiarity with AI-based tools for design, content creation, automation, and analytics. Knowledge of social media management and performance tracking tools.

Skills



Hands-on graphic designing skills using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or equivalent. Strong content writing, storytelling, and campaign planning skills. Ability to use AI tools to improve creative output and branding efficiency. Analytical skills to interpret branding and social media performance data. Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.
