We are seeking a dynamic and detail-driven Branding Executive to manage and monitor the brand's visual identity in the retail market. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the successful deployment, upkeep, and visibility of POSM (Point of Sale Materials) and branding assets across key retail touchpoints. The candidate will serve as a link between vendors, internal teams, and market stakeholders to ensure timely execution of branding activities and documentation.
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for aesthetics, strong operational capabilities, and the ability to coordinate between cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact brand visibility. The candidate should also have working knowledge of PowerPoint for visual reporting and presentation preparation, and Excel for maintaining trackers, invoice logs, and market data analysis.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Solid understanding of retail branding, merchandising related execution processes.
Strong coordination, negotiation, and follow-up skills with both internal teams and external vendors.
Excellent communication & documentation skills (written and verbal).
Analytical mindset with basic knowledge of invoice handling and procurement workflows.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data tracking, reporting) and PowerPoint (presentations)
Comfortable with extensive field travel and working under tight timelines.
Tools & Software Knowledge:
MS Office Suite - Excel and PowerPoint proficiency is a must.
Experience with project tracking tools, Google Sheets/Forms, or CRM software will be an advantage.
Preferred Experience:
Minimum 1 to 2 years in retail branding, POSM management, or field marketing operations or vendor co-ordination.
Experience in telecom, FMCG, consumer electronics, or related industries is highly desirable.
