Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage SAP operations (PR/PO, stock tracking, vendor documentation).
Vendor coordination - onboarding, payments, negotiations & reconciliations.
Procurement & material management - sourcing, sampling, POP & dispatch.
Support branding events, expos & gifting initiatives (corporate & festive).
Financial documentation - GRN, payment tracking, expense planning & MIS reporting.
Export branding - procurement, budget monitoring & tracking.
Legal support - proofreading contracts & coordinating with legal team.

Qualification:

BBA/MBA/B Com/ Any Bachelor.

Skills Required:

Strong organizational & vendor management skills.
Proficiency in

SAP & MS Excel.

Experience in

procurement, branding & financial coordination.

Ability to handle multiple vendors, tasks & timelines.
Excellent communication & coordination skills

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
