Roles and Responsibilities -
Handle patient and customer inquiries through calls providing accurate information and timely assistance.
Maintain and update customer details in CRM systems to ensure accurate records and follow-ups.
Provide counselling and guidance to attendants or patients, addressing their queries and ensuring a smooth service experience.
Identify potential customers and convert inquiries into successful business opportunities.
Collect and manage customer feedback to improve service quality and enhance customer satisfaction.
