Key Responsibilities



Campaign & Doctor Coordination



- Coordinate with doctors and department heads for marketing campaigns, awareness drives, reels, videos, posters, and testimonials

- Schedule and manage doctor video shoots, photoshoots, interviews, and patient stories

- Ensure smooth execution without impacting clinical schedules

Digital & Branding Execution



- Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns (social media, awareness campaigns, health days, announcements)

- Work on monthly content calendars as planned and approved by management

- Support campaign ideation, creatives, captions, and execution timelines

- Ensure brand consistency across all hospital communication

Event Planning & Execution



- Coordinate end-to-end execution of hospital events, health camps, conferences, awareness programs, internal celebrations, and doctor-led initiatives

- Manage on-ground branding elements such as standees, backdrops, banners, stage branding, and digital screens

Vendor & Purchase Coordination



- Coordinate with vendors for printing, gifting, branding materials, production, video shoots, and event supplies

- Work closely with the purchase team for quotations, PO creation, approvals, and delivery tracking

- Ensure timely delivery and quality of all marketing materials

Internal Branding & Communication



- Execute internal branding across hospital premises (signages, notice boards, posters, digital displays)

- Coordinate internal communication for doctors, staff, and departments

- Ensure branding updates are implemented hospital-wide

Team Coordination & Reporting



- Coordinate with designers, videographers, content team, and digital team for task completion

- Track daily and weekly tasks, follow up on deadlines, and ensure execution quality

- Maintain campaign, vendor, and asset records

- Prepare basic reports on campaign execution and activity status

- Maintain structured documentation for campaign expenses, vendor bills, and approvals

- Support finance and purchase teams with marketing-related documentation and clarifications

Required Skills & Qualifications



- 3-4 years of relevant experience in hospital / healthcare marketing (Mandatory)

- Strong coordination and communication skills

- Good understanding of hospital branding, patient communication, and medical sensitivities

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously

- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media content workflows

- Experience working with vendors and purchase teams

- Proactive, execution-focused, and detail-oriented

Preferred Profile



- Experience working in a multispecialty hospital or healthcare group

- Comfortable interacting with doctors and senior medical professionals

- Strong follow-up and execution discipline

- Ability to think creatively and convert ideas into execution
