Job Description


eduCLaaS is looking for a driven Brand & PR Executive who will work with the regional marketing teams, supporting teams, and vendors in designing and implementing plans for the brand, customer experience and brand loyalty, so as to drive the organisation\'s brand awareness. He/She is to champion all brand and pr campaigns and projects that improve and enhance our current brand identity internally and externally. Responsibilities include:

  • Manage the full spectrum of corporate communications, public relations and branding activities. This includes organizing, planning, coordinating, implementing, and managing public relations strategies and activities on all channels (i.e. online and social media presence).
  • Create content for press releases, byline articles and keynote presentations
  • Conceptualise and develop brand stories
  • Strategize and develop compelling story angles with strong visuals
  • Determine KPIs for PR
  • Monitor, measure performance of each activity and event (i.e. webinars)
  • Monitor, measure and produce reports on PR KPIs and each PR campaign
  • use different channels to optimize campaign\'s reach and success
  • You will be part of the Global Marketing team and will work cross-functionally as well with Regional Marketing teams to ensure match and consistency with the corporate brand
  • Arrange and coordinate interviews
  • Research, evaluate opportunities, and gather opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising on an on-going basis
  • Build and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers etc.
  • Stay up to date with PR and industry trends and best practices.
  • Conduct necessary research, craft brand awareness/ brand lift campaigns in partnership with other stakeholders, which includes UGC, Influencer, and Referral campaigns - with the goal to enhance our brand visibility across existing and new markets.
  • Create and execute customer retention programs if applicable
  • Drive testimonial acquisition/ Case Study projects across our brands and across different countries. This includes pre-work such as collecting and examining customer satisfaction reports and feedback.
  • Drive and implement activities, in partnership with your corporate branding teammates, that build higher customer loyalty and ensure the delivery of consistent customer experience.
  • Work closely with solution leads and content marketing team to align and ensure clear brand positioning and messaging are used throughout marketing campaigns
  • Work closely with the content marketing team to manage the design and brand alignment requirements.
  • Monitor competitors and conduct monthly competitors analysis across countries (can be further discussed).
  • Lock down on brand measurement and produce weekly reporting that monitors performance based on aligned KPIs
Requirements
  • Has strong program and stakeholder management skills across all levels.
  • Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Is highly adaptable and comfortable with change.
  • Keen to take on new challenges.
  • Has a constant appetite to learn and grow as an individual.
  • Have a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing/ Public Relations / Advertising / Communications.
  • Have 2-3 years of experience in Branding/ Public Relations or relevant fields.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: 947,966.00 - 959,900.00 per month Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
Experience:
  • Public Relations: 3 years (Required)
