Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and creative Branding and Promotion Manager to lead the
development and execution of strategic branding and promotional initiatives. This role is
responsible for managing the brand identity, increasing brand awareness, and creating impactful
campaigns that drive customer engagement and loyalty across various platforms.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, digital, and sales teams to ensure
consistency and effectiveness in all brand communications and promotional strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Management
>> Develop and manage the overall brand strategy to enhance market positioning and brand
equity.
>> Conduct regular brand audits and competitor benchmarking.
>> Act as the brand guardian, maintaining tone, visual identity, and messaging alignment.
Promotions & Campaigns
>> Design, plan, and execute creative promotional campaigns (seasonal, events, etc.).
>> Collaborate with creative and digital teams to deliver compelling content and assets.
>> Manage partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations to enhance brand reach.
Market Analysis
>> Conduct market research to identify competitor strategies, and new opportunities.
>> Analyse campaign effectiveness using metrics and insights to optimize future efforts.
Team & Budget Management
>> Lead and mentor a team of branding and promotion specialists (as applicable).
>> Manage budgets and timelines for all branding and promotional activities.
Qualifications:
>> Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master's
preferred).
>> 7+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or promotions, preferably in
[industry].
>> Proven track record of successful brand and campaign management.
>> Strong understanding of brand positioning, market segmentation, and consumer behaviour.
>> Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
>>Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
Preferred Skills:
>> Experience with digital marketing and social media campaigns.
>> Familiarity with content marketing and storytelling techniques.
>> Knowledge of performance marketing and ROI analysis.
>> Previous experience in managing external vendors or agencies.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
