Key Responsibilities
Design and execute comprehensive
brand and communication strategies
to build, strengthen, and differentiate the company's identity.
Establish and manage brand guidelines to ensure a consistent corporate image across all platforms (digital, print, PR, and events).
Lead storytelling initiatives to position the company's mission, values, and vision effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Drive corporate communication strategy, including press releases, media relations, crisis communication, and executive messaging.
Collaborate with leadership to align branding and communication efforts with overall business goals.
Develop strategies for
employer branding
to attract and retain top talent.
Analyze brand perception and communication effectiveness, providing insights and strategic recommendations.
Oversee the creation of high-quality content for digital channels, campaigns, presentations, and reports.
Manage budgets and vendors for branding, PR, and communications projects.
Key Requirements
5-12 years of experience in
branding, corporate communications, and strategy
, preferably with startups or small to mid-sized companies.
Proven ability to
build and scale brands from the ground up
across digital, social, PR, and traditional media platforms.
Strong expertise in communication planning, stakeholder management, and strategic positioning.
Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to balance creative thinking with analytical insights.
Proficiency in tools like MS PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent.
Strong project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Branding, Corporate Communications, or a related field.
Exposure to global communications and multi-cultural branding.
Experience in crisis communication and reputation management.
