Store Manager (SM)

to be the face and voice of our premium grooming destination -- The ideal candidate will possess a blend of excellent communication skills, customer service orientation, and a strong sense of personal grooming and presentation. The role requires creating a warm, welcoming, and seamless guest experience from the first point of contact to post- service follow-up.

Key Responsibilities -

Client Welcoming & Engagement Appointment Management Client Relations & Service Excellence Brand Representation Sales & Upselling Coordination & Reporting Sanitization & Hygiene Monitoring Daily Checklist, Roaster, Planning, Organizing & Controlling.

Skills Required-

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Prior experience in customer-facing roles preferred (hospitality, retail, salon, etc.). Pleasant personality with a strong sense of grooming and presentation. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle high-pressure situations with poise.
