Role OverviewThis is not a typical graphic design role. We're looking for someone who can own brand aesthetics end-to-end from brandbook updates to website look-and-feel, from product illustrations to Amazon store visuals. You will be the custodian of our brand identity, ensuring consistency, vibrancy, and originality in every customer-facing visual.Key Responsibilities :Brand Custodian :- Take full ownership of brand design language and update the brandbook regularly.- Maintain consistent brand aesthetics across all platforms.Illustrations & Creativity :- Create original illustrations for products and campaigns.- Ensure line art and vibrant colors are at the heart of all design outputs.Digital Presence :- Handle website visuals colors, layouts, imagery, and overall design direction.- Own the visual design of product listings on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, brand website, etc.).Ensure product packaging, listing images, and lifestyle visuals stand out and reflect brand identity.Marketing & Communication :- Design visuals for marketing campaigns (emailers, social media creatives, landing pages, ads).- Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful, conversion-driven visuals.Team Collaboration & Leadership- Manage and guide freelance/contract illustrators to align with brand standards.- Take initiative in proposing and executing fresh creative ideas to elevate the brand's look and feel.Requirements- 2-5 years of experience in brand design / visual design / illustration (D2C or consumer-facing brand experience is a plus).- Strong portfolio showcasing line art, vibrant colors, and brand-focused design work.- Ability to maintain and evolve a brandbook.- Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Procreate, etc.).- Experience with website visual maintenance and e-commerce listings.- Excellent sense of aesthetics, typography, and storytelling through design.- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to take initiative and lead creative direction.Bonus: Degree from a reputed design college.What We're Looking For- Not just a graphic designer, but a visual storyteller.- Someone who understands how visuals influence brand perception.- A creative thinker who's hands-on with design execution but also strategic in maintaining brand identity.- A proactive professional who can manage external illustrators and inspire consistency.
