We're seeking a highly creative and technically sound Creative Lead to join our dynamic marketing team. This role goes beyond execution--it's about shaping ideas, leading visual strategy, and delivering compelling content across digital, print, and video platforms. Key Responsibilities:
Creative Leadership
Drive concept development and oversee all visual outputs including branding, campaign graphics, promotional videos, and digital content
Lead brainstorming sessions and develop integrated visual strategies for marketing, digital media, and print.
Collaborate with internal teams including copywriters, motion designers, and marketing leads to develop powerful and cohesive campaigns.
Maintain visual consistency and uphold brand integrity across all assets.
Design & Video Execution
Design high-quality assets for websites, social platforms, brochures, presentations, posters, or ads etc.
Lead end-to-end video production--concept, scripting, storyboarding, shoot planning, editing, and final output.
Edit footage with seamless transitions, synced audio, and motion graphics.
Create moodboards, mockups, and storyboards to pitch and plan creative ideas.
Implement design best practices and keep abreast of new trends, AI tools, and formats in video and design.
Collaboration & Mentorship
Work closely with colleges to understand creative needs and translate them into visual content that meets business goals.
Review, provide feedback, and supervise junior designers and interns.
Guide and mentor the creative team, ensuring timely and high-quality output.
Requirements for the Role:
Master's/Bachelor's Degree/ in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Minimum 4-7 years of related professional experience in graphic design and video editing skills.
Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma) and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects).
Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
Creative thinking and the ability to translate concepts into visually appealing content.
Knowledge of web design and UI/UX principles is desirable.
Camera handling skills will be an added advantage.
