Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive

Brand Support Executive

to join our team. The role requires a sharp eye for design elements, video frames, and creative layouts while ensuring brand consistency across all deliverables. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between the creative, client servicing, and strategy teams to support smooth execution of campaigns.

Responsibilities:



Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-value clients, acting as their main point of contact. Communicating clearly with them via phone calls, emails, or in-person. Daily Performance Tracking: Define key performance indicators (KPIs), track client progress daily, and prepare detailed reports for both internal stakeholders and clients. Also Deliverables list daily. Issue Resolution: Address client queries, complaints, and challenges promptly and efficiently, ensuring client satisfaction. Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., creative, technical, media) to deliver integrated solutions and exceptional client service. Review and proof creatives, videos, and campaign assets to ensure accuracy, brand alignment, and attention to detail. Coordinate with creative and design teams to provide feedback on layouts, video frames, typography, and overall aesthetics. Ensure timely delivery of campaign assets while maintaining quality standards. Monitor competitor campaigns and trends to share insights for creative improvement. Maintain organized records of brand guidelines, campaign assets, and approvals. Collaborate with the digital team to ensure smooth publishing of approved content across platforms. Identifying and making promotional/marketing offers to potential clients

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, or related field. 0-2 years of experience in advertising/digital marketing agencies (freshers with strong creative sense can apply). Advertising Agency experience is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Good listening skills, remains composed in time-constrained situations. High attention to detail and accuracy in work. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
