Brand Success & Client Servicing: Take complete ownership of the brand side of campaign management--from understanding brand objectives and developing creative strategies to ensuring seamless delivery in collaboration with internal teams.
Campaign Supervision:
Oversee influencer campaigns handled by the campaign management team, ensuring that all deliverables meet client expectations, timelines, and quality benchmarks.
Client Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact for brands--leading calls, aligning expectations, sharing performance insights, and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the campaign lifecycle.
Strategic Thinking:
Collaborate with internal teams to translate brand goals into actionable campaign plans that drive measurable outcomes.
Performance Review:
Analyze campaign results, track KPIs, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance future brand collaborations.
Collaboration:
Work closely with internal creative, influencer, and strategy teams to ensure smooth coordination and high-impact campaign execution.
Process Optimization:

Requirements
Client Servicing Pro:
1-4 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or brand success--preferably within influencer marketing, digital marketing, or advertising agencies.
Strong Communicator:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage brand expectations and convey ideas clearly.
Strategic Mindset:
Understanding of how influencer and content marketing contribute to brand objectives across awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Collaborative Approach:
Skilled at working cross-functionally with campaign, creative, and operations teams.
Problem Solver:
Ability to troubleshoot, manage feedback loops, and ensure campaigns move forward smoothly.
Data-Driven:
