About the Role

We're looking for a dynamic individual who can bridge the worlds of

fashion design, styling, and brand partnerships

. This hybrid role is critical to building

BeSpoke AI Stylist's ecosystem of fashion brands, designers, and stylists

-- powering our AI-driven styling engine with real-world creativity and commercial collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Partnerships

Identify and onboard

fashion brands, D2C labels, and affiliate partners

. Negotiate

collaborations, affiliate deals, and co-branded campaigns

. Manage ongoing partner relationships to ensure

growth, visibility, and mutual value

.

Stylist & Designer Collaborations

Partner with independent stylists and fashion designers to co-create

looks, style guides, and content

. Integrate stylist expertise into

AI training and recommendation models

. Organize campaigns featuring stylists across

social media, lookbooks, and digital wardrobes

.

Cross-functional Impact

Work with

Marketing

to design creative campaigns with partner brands and stylists. Collaborate with

Tech & AI teams

to integrate style insights into product features. Build and scale the

BeSpoke creator ecosystem

of stylists and designers.

Ideal Candidate Profile

3-6 years' experience in

fashion partnerships, brand collaborations, or stylist ecosystems

. Strong network in

fashion retail, stylists, and influencer communities

. Understanding of

affiliate networks

(Impact, Awin, CJ, ShopMy, etc.). Passion for

AI, fashion innovation, and digital styling

. A unique mix of

business acumen + fashion sensibility

Pay: ₹390,424.70 - ₹1,406,540.80 per year
