Position Name: Brand Strategy Manager
Location: Thane
Reporting To: Founder
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Brand Management
Define, evolve, and maintain brand positioning, messaging framework, tone of voice, and visual identity
Ensure brand consistency across all platforms including website, social media, performance marketing, video content, and offline assets
Act as the brand custodian across internal teams and external agencies Content, Video & Creative Leadership
Lead and manage the content writing, video production, and creative teams
Own the end-to-end content strategy across blogs, social media, campaigns, scripts, emailers, and brand assets
Review and guide creative output to ensure quality, relevance, and alignment with brand guidelines Marketing Campaign Management & Media Management
Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital platforms
Coordinate with internal teams and media agencies for paid media planning, execution, and optimization
Ensure campaigns are aligned with brand objectives, audience insights, and business goals Omnichannel Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute cohesive omnichannel strategies across organic, paid, owned, and earned media
Ensure seamless customer journeys across channels such as social media, website, video, email, and performance marketing
Align online and offline brand initiatives wherever applicable Analytics & Performance Management
Track and analyse brand, content, and campaign performance using relevant metrics and dashboards
Convert data into actionable insights to improve brand visibility, engagement, and lead quality
Present regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to leadership Core Competencies
Experience: 8+ years of experience in Brand Strategy / Digital Marketing / Lead Generation
Education: Graduation / Post Graduation in Marketing or a related field
