This is a full-time on-site role for a Brand Strategist, located in the Kolkata Area. The Brand Strategist will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies to enhance Muloha's market presence. Duties include conducting market research, defining brand positioning, managing brand development and communication, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding across all channels. Social Media Strategy
Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and community engagement.
Manage social media accounts, including content planning, publishing, and community interaction.
Track and report on social media performance metrics to gauge effectiveness.
Brand Messaging & Positioning
Develop and refine the brand voice, ensuring consistent messaging across all communication channels.
Create messaging frameworks that communicate the company's value proposition and unique differentiators.
Executive Reporting to Management: Analytics & Reporting
Monitor and evaluate the success of branding and content initiatives through key performance indicators (KPIs).
Provide regular performance reports to senior management, adjusting strategies to meet business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to grow and position the brand.
Analyze data and market trends to inform decisions.
Developing core brand strategy frameworks (e.g., positioning, mission/vision/values, tone of voice)
Advising on brand architecture, audience segmentation, and cross-platform consistency
Supporting rebranding efforts, visual identity development, or go-to-market (GTM) brand strategy
Optimize brand presence across digital and marketplace channels.
Qualifications
Skills in Brand Strategy, Branding, and Brand Development
Experience in Brand Management and Communication
Strong analytical and creative thinking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Experience in the skincare or cosmetics industry is a plus
What We're Looking For:
2+ years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, or e-commerce.
A strong portfolio of brand strategy work across B2B and B2C,
Strong skills in data analysis, Excel, SEO, and digital tools.
A strategic mindset with hands-on problem-solving ability.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
