About the Role:
We are looking for a
Brand Strategist
with an advertising agency background who can think both analytically and creatively. This role requires a strong understanding of brand positioning, consumer insights, campaign strategy, and market dynamics.
You will work closely with creative, client servicing, and performance teams to translate business objectives into compelling brand strategies and campaign frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Positioning & Architecture
Develop clear brand positioning frameworks, brand purpose, tonality, and messaging pillars for clients across industries.
Campaign Strategy & Projection
Conceptualize end-to-end campaign strategies including objectives, key narratives, content flow, and channel-wise execution approach.
Consumer & Market Insights
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to derive actionable consumer insights, cultural trends, and competitive analysis.
Strategic Briefing
Create strong creative briefs that inspire design, copy, and motion teams while aligning with brand and business goals.
Brand Audits & Repositioning
Lead brand audits and develop repositioning strategies to enhance brand relevance, differentiation, and recall.
Client Strategy Partnering
Act as a strategic partner to clients--presenting brand thinking, campaign rationale, and long-term growth recommendations.
Integrated Campaign Planning
Collaborate on integrated campaigns across digital, social, film, print, and experiential platforms.
Content & Narrative Direction
Define storytelling frameworks for brand films, social campaigns, launch narratives, and digital-first content.
Performance & Brand Metrics Alignment
Work with performance and analytics teams to ensure brand strategies align with measurable KPIs such as awareness, engagement, and consideration.
Internal Collaboration & Thought Leadership
Mentor junior strategists, contribute to internal knowledge sharing, and bring fresh strategic thinking to pitches and new business.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in an
advertising or brand consulting agency
Strong understanding of
branding, positioning, and campaign strategy
Ability to translate insights into clear, compelling strategic narratives
Excellent presentation, storytelling, and articulation skills
Experience working on
integrated and digital-first campaigns
Strategic thinking balanced with creative sensibility
Strong stakeholder and client management abilities
Research-oriented mindset with business acumen
