Job Description

As a Brand Strategist, you will play a critical role in shaping brand narratives, guiding creative development, and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints. You will be responsible for preparing strategic presentations, leading client pitches, managing key stakeholder communications, and handling escalations when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies based on market research, consumer insights, and business goals. Create compelling presentations and strategic documents for both internal teams and client-facing engagements. Lead and participate in pitch meetings, presenting ideas and recommendations with confidence and clarity. Act as a strategic partner for clients, helping them understand brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and go-to-market strategies. Collaborate with creative, marketing, and digital teams to ensure alignment and execution of brand strategies. Manage escalations from clients or internal teams by providing thoughtful, timely solutions and communication. Monitor brand performance and support ongoing optimization based on data and feedback. Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.

Requirements :

Minimum 4 years of experience in brand strategy, marketing strategy, or a related role. Proven experience preparing high-quality presentations and delivering pitches to senior stakeholders or clients. Strong understanding of branding principles, consumer behavior, and market positioning. Excellent communication and storytelling skills -- both written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations simultaneously. Experience handling client or project escalations with professionalism and problem-solving aptitude. Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work across cross-functional teams Proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides, and other project/collaboration platforms.
