Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and analytical Brand Strategist to develop, implement, and manage strategies that strengthen our brand identity and positioning. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in building brand campaigns, market research, and driving brand growth across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute brand strategies that align with business goals.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to identify opportunities.
Define and refine brand voice, positioning, and messaging across all platforms.
Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and digital teams to design impactful campaigns.
Monitor brand performance metrics and optimize strategies for growth.
Ensure brand consistency across all communication, design, and media channels.
Work with senior leadership to identify opportunities for brand expansion and partnerships.
Requirements:
2-5 years of proven experience as a Brand Strategist, Brand Manager, or similar role.
Strong understanding of branding, consumer psychology, and digital marketing trends.
Experience in developing integrated marketing campaigns (digital + offline).
Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in using tools for market research, analytics, and brand tracking.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business (Master's preferred).
Nice to Have:
Experience in real estate, tech, or digital-first brands.
Knowledge of SEO, social media analytics, and performance marketing.
