Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Positioning
Define and refine brand positioning, tone of voice, and core messaging
Translate business goals into clear brand narratives
Ensure brand consistency across digital, print, and experiential touchpoints
Social Media Strategy (Primary Focus)
Develop platform-specific content strategies (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, etc.)
Plan content pillars, storytelling formats, and campaign ideas
Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and performance teams to execute strategy
Review content for brand alignment, clarity, and impact
Content & Campaign Thinking
Ideate integrated campaigns across social, website, offline, and on-ground activations
Guide content formats such as reels, carousels, videos, blogs, and brand films
Build narratives for product launches, events, and seasonal campaigns
Audience & Market Insights
Research target audiences, cultural trends, and competitive landscapes
Use insights to inform content direction and brand decisions
Adapt brand messaging based on audience behaviour and platform evolution
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with creative, marketing, performance, and client teams
Present brand strategies and creative rationale to stakeholders or clients
Support pitches, proposals, and new brand onboarding
Skills & Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in brand strategy, content strategy, or marketing
Strong understanding of social media ecosystems and content formats
Ability to think beyond platforms and focus on brand-building
Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
Analytical mindset with a creative approach
Experience working with agencies or multiple brands is a plus
