Role Summary:

We are looking for a performance-driven, highly strategic Group Marketing & Brand Strategist from Mumbai to lead overall

brand communication, digital content planning, campaign execution, and team coordination

across 3-5 distinct business verticals under the Group umbrella. You will lead an in-house content and design team and oversee the delivery of

efforts across both the

Indian

and

UAE

markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Own the content calendar, campaign plan, and brand tone across all group companies Strategize and approve content, design, and messaging in collaboration with internal team and freelance vendors (SEO, Ads, Dev) Coordinate across departments (Founders, Operations, Sales, Product) for content inputs and lead funnel alignment Monitor performance metrics: SEO, social engagement, lead quality, ad performance, website traffic Manage the marketing budget, asset library, and monthly performance review deck Ensure brand voice consistency and positioning across platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, Website, Amazon, YouTube) Coordinate launch campaigns, hiring drives, product content (Amazon/Noon), and investor-facing presentations

Required Skills & Experience:

5 -7 years of experience in Digital marketing, preferably handling multi-brand portfolios. Added advantage for those from the

Advertising & Media Industry

background. Hands-on with social strategy, content approval, ad oversight, and KPI tracking Strong understanding of

B2B

(LinkedIn, website SEO) and

D2C

(Amazon, Instagram) ecosystems Tools: Google Workspace, Trello, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Pages, GA4, Advance Excel, AI Tools, etc. Must be an

exceptional communicator

with structured thinking,

leadership

presence, and cross-functional coordination ability
