About the Role
We are looking for a
Brand Strategist Lead
who can own and drive end-to-end brand strategy for clients across categories. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and design--Someone who not only thinks deeply about brands but can also translate that thinking into sharp presentations, persuasive decks, and clear creative direction. You will lead brand engagements, collaborate closely with design teams, and serve as a trusted strategic partner to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development of brand strategies including positioning, purpose, architecture, tone of voice, and go-to-market frameworks
Own strategic storytelling -- translate insights into compelling pitch decks, brand narratives, and presentations
Create and present client-ready decks (preferably using Figma) for pitches, workshops, and ongoing engagements
Facilitate brand workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder interviews
Act as a client-facing strategic lead, managing conversations, expectations, and feedback
Partner closely with design, research, and marketing teams to ensure strategy is effectively brought to life
Guide and mentor junior strategists and contribute to building the firm's strategic IP
Support new business pitches and proposal development
What We're Looking For
Background & Education
Bachelor's degree in Design, Communication, Business, or related field
Post-graduate degree in Brand Strategy, Strategic Design, or similar preferred (e.g., from a reputed design, business, or strategy institute)
Experience
4-8 years of experience in a brand consultancy, creative agency, or strategy firm
Strong exposure to brand-led projects across identity, positioning, or growth strategy
Proven experience in client-facing roles.
Core Skills
Deep understanding of brand strategy frameworks, consumer insight, and market positioning
Strong storytelling and narrative-building ability
Excellent presentation and deck-building skills (experience with Figma strongly preferred)
Comfortable working with design teams and translating strategy into creative outputs
Confident presenter who can influence senior stakeholders
