Role Overview
We are looking for a Brand Strategist who can build and grow brands through strong insights, storytelling, and integrated campaign thinking. The role combines strategic brand planning with hands-on involvement in client acquisition, pitching, and business growth. You will work closely with creative, digital, and client-servicing teams to develop brand-led strategies that convert into impactful campaigns and long-term client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Lead brand discovery and research to understand client business objectives, target audiences, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
Define brand positioning, value propositions, messaging frameworks, tone of voice, and brand narratives.
Translate brand strategy into actionable campaign directions across digital, social, print, outdoor, influencer, and on-ground activations.
Develop integrated campaign strategies including audience personas, customer journeys, content themes, creative hooks, and channel approach.
Identify potential clients through market scanning, networking, referrals, and industry interactions.
Participate in business development discussions, client meetings, and strategy-led pitches.
Create compelling pitch decks, proposals, and presentations tailored to prospective clients' business needs.
Present strategies confidently and support leadership in closing new accounts and retainers.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and strategic alignment across all deliverables.
Support content planning by defining storytelling angles, messaging priorities, and campaign themes.
Collaborate with client servicing teams to manage expectations, approvals, and ongoing relationships.
Track campaign performance and recommend strategic improvements for future initiatives.

Preferred Experience
