We are seeking a creative and analytical Brand Strategist to lead our branding initiatives and manage the team responsible for executing them. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and brand positioning, coupled with proven experience in team management.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Development:
Develop and implement brand positioning strategies aligned with business goals.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities for brand growth.
Collaborate with creative, marketing, and digital teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of designers, content creators, and marketers.
Assign tasks, monitor workloads, and ensure timely completion of brand-related projects.
Conduct regular team reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support employee growth and training.
Coordinate between departments to ensure seamless execution of brand campaigns.
Client & Internal Communication:
Act as the key point of contact for internal branding needs and external client communications .
Prepare and present branding proposals, strategies, and reports to management or clients.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Branding, Business, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in brand strategy or marketing roles.
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Creative thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
Proficiency in branding tools, market research, and project management software.
