Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Strategy & Positioning
Develop and implement holistic branding strategies aligned with business goals.
Define brand tone, personality, and positioning across diverse markets.
Conduct competitive audits, customer research, and brand perception studies.
Identify key differentiators and build compelling brand narratives.
2. Digital & Online Branding
Oversee digital presence across platforms--website, social media, SEO/SEM, email campaigns, YouTube, etc.
Collaborate with digital marketing teams for consistent messaging and visual identity.
Develop online campaigns to grow brand awareness, reach, and engagement.
3. Offline & Experiential Branding
Lead brand integration across exhibitions, events, retail spaces, OOH, packaging, merchandise, and printed materials.
Plan and execute immersive brand activations, sponsorships, and collaborations.
Ensure consistent visual identity in all physical touchpoints.
4. Internal Branding
Design internal brand culture initiatives to engage and align employees with brand values.
Collaborate with HR on internal communications, onboarding experiences, and office branding.
Empower teams through brand trainings and ambassador programs.
5. Global & Local Market Adaptation
Tailor brand messaging to resonate with both
Indian and international audiences

Manage localization of visual and verbal brand identity for regional and global campaigns.
Ensure global brand consistency while allowing for local cultural relevance.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with leadership, sales, design, marketing, PR, HR, and product teams.
Guide agencies and external partners on brand standards and campaigns.
Manage branding-related vendors and creative partners.
7. Monitoring & Governance
Develop brand guidelines and ensure adherence across all channels.
Track performance of brand initiatives using metrics like awareness, engagement, sentiment, and equity.
Stay updated on market trends, consumer behaviour, and branding innovations.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Branding, Communication, or related field.
5+ years of proven experience in brand strategy, brand management, or marketing.
Strong portfolio showcasing multi-channel branding initiatives (digital, offline, internal, global).
Exceptional storytelling, copywriting, and design sensibility.
Proficient in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, brand asset managers, and analytics platforms.
Ability to think strategically and execute creatively.
Excellent project management and cross-functional communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with both B2B and B2C brands.
Exposure to global markets or multicultural branding.
Experience in fast-paced industries like events, tech, Design.
