Silvish is a fast-growing D2C silver jewelry brand redefining how modern Indian women wear and gift silver. We're looking for a

highly creative Brand Strategist

to shape our brand identity, craft compelling narratives, and help us build a brand that stands out in a crowded market.

Experience in the

jewelry, cosmetics, or perfume space

is a strong plus.

What You'll Do

Build and evolve our

brand identity, voice, and positioning

across platforms. Conceptualize and execute

creative brand campaigns, storytelling, and launch narratives

. Work closely with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure a cohesive brand experience across all channels. Develop brand strategy for key moments like product launches, festivals, promotions, and social campaigns. Bring fresh ideas for packaging, influencer collabs, gifting, and unboxing experiences. Conduct market and competitor research to identify whitespace and stay ahead of trends. Ensure brand consistency across website, ads, emails, and offline assets.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience

in brand strategy or brand marketing, preferably in D2C lifestyle/fashion/beauty. A

strong creative mindset

with a proven ability to ideate and execute out-of-the-box campaigns. Experience working with brands in

jewelry, cosmetics, or perfumes

is a big advantage. Strong storytelling skills -- both visual and verbal. Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments and collaborating across teams. Obsessed with aesthetics, moodboarding, copy, and customer perception.
