Job Description

Events Sponsorship Sales & Strategy:

Develop and execute strategies to meet revenue targets by identifying, researching, and approaching potential sponsors aligned with company values.

Relationship Management:

Act as the primary contact for sponsors, nurturing existing relationships and securing renewals.

Proposal & Contract Negotiation:

Create tailored sponsorship packages, deliver presentations, and negotiate terms of agreement.

Activation & Execution:

Coordinate branding, logistics, and deliverables at events to ensure all contractual commitments are met.

Reporting & Analysis:

Track, analyze, and report on sponsorship performance, ROI, and audience metrics, providing post-event recaps to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Sales & Negotiation:

Proven experience in sponsorship sales, partnership management, or business development.

Communication:

Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Project Management:

Ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and timelines simultaneously.

Networking:

Strong interpersonal skills for building rapport with high-level stakeholders.

Performance Metrics



Achievement of sponsorship revenue targets. Sponsor retention rates. Activation success and partner satisfaction.
