We are seeking a motivated and creative Brand specialist to join our team. This role supports the
development and execution of marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, engagement, and

Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Development Support:
o Assist in planning, developing, and executing brand campaigns and collateral
o Develop brand visual assets and packaging in collaboration with merchandising
team, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
2. Market Research:
o Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to
inform brand strategies.
o Analyze and report on campaign performance and suggest improvements.
3. Project Coordination:
o Work cross-functionally with teams such as sales, product, and design to ensure
cohesive branding.
o Manage timelines and budgets for branding projects.
4. Brand Consistency:
o Ensure brand messaging and visuals are consistent across all touchpoints.
o Monitor adherence to brand guidelines by internal teams and external partners.
Qualifications:
Required:
o Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Branding, or related field
(Master's is a plus).
o Proven experience in branding, brand strategy, or related roles (agency or in-house).
o Strong portfolio showcasing successful brand-building projects.
o Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
o Proficiency in brand tools and platforms (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, brand
management software).
o Ability to think strategically while also executing creatively.
o Strong project management and collaboration skills.
Preferred:
